Blankets, Shoes/Socks are final sale items due to health regulations. All other
merchandise can be exchanged if it is not noted as a final sale item.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Swank Pets, simply
return the item(s) to us unused within 14 days after receipt for an exchange or
store credit only. We do not issue credit card refunds.
Please keep in mind that we do not refund shipping charges or purchases. All
shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept COD
returns. For exchanges, buyer is responsible for the shipping & handling cost to
have the new item sent to them.
Please include a note (preferably on the packing slip), with STORE CREDIT or
EXCHANGE written on it. If you would like to exchange the item, please let us
know what you would like to exchange the merchandise for.

We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. Please be
advised that until there is proof that we have received your merchandise, it is
your property. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via UPS or
USPS Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
Items returned through the USPS/ U.S. Mail using only insurance without delivery
confirmation can be lost in transit. Insurance by itself does not provide proof
of delivery. If an insured item becomes lost, it is the customer’s
responsibility to file a claim with the Post Office to recover their loss for
their merchandise. Insurance with the post office is a transaction between the
individual and the United States Postal Service, and is not affiliated with

merchandise. We cannot honor store credit or exchanges for any merchandise that
has been used, or is not in its original new condition. We encourage you to
measure your pet as accurately as possible, as there is a restocking fee of 20% per item returned.
All shipments are via USPS or FedEx Ground Service. Delivery charges are based
on the total value of your order. Our standard method of shipping within the
continental United States is USPS or FedEx Ground. When your order is ready to
ship, it generally takes 4-8 business days for your order to arrive with
standard delivery. It will take longer, about 2-3 weeks, if the item is
backordered or out of stock. No weekend or holiday delivery is available.
Oversized and overweight packages may incur additional charges and service
restrictions. You may also choose to upgrade to expedited delivery for an
additional charge (see chart below). Our expedited delivery method of shipping
within the continental United States is USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail
depending on your location. USPS Express Mail delivers overnight to most areas.
For all expedited deliveries, It generally takes 1-3 business days for your
order to arrive AFTER your order has shipped from us. We try to process all
orders as soon as possible and orders in stock will ship out usually within
24-48 hours of receiving your order (not including weekends and holidays).
Orders from Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands are charged an
additional $10-$25 above standard delivery rates. We will email you once we
receive your order with the exact total amount including the additional charge
and we will wait for your approval before shipping your order.
International Orders are charged an addition $10-$25 above Standard delivery

Damaged Items and Lost Packages
We are not
responsible after we shipped your item if it is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged
unless you buy insurance. Insurance is optional however we highly recommend
it. Once you place your order please include in the comment box that you would
like your package to be insured and we will email you your new total. Once you
have insurance, if
an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. If the
box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for, or accept it and it will be
returned to us. Once we receive the package back we will send a replacement,
exchange or issue you a store credit if we no longer have that item available.
Due to abuse, you must contact us within 15 days of order placement, if your
